BIO - Gabbi Dalsasso

Gabrielle Dalsasso has been with the Foster Care Association of Victoria since 2009, in gradually increasing roles of responsibility. She has connected with hundreds of Victorian foster carers and sector colleagues through FCAV-led training, and sector related projects.

Further, she is involved with improving processes at FCAV to maximise resources. She has a strong commitment to championing foster carers so that they are properly recognised, valued and supported.

After a successful career in business development and event management, Gabrielle fulfilled a lifetime ambition and completed a Bachelor of Psychology degree in 2014. BA Psych; Dip. Cert IV Training; Cert. IV Direct Marketing

BIO - Betti Gabriel

Betti is passionate about raising the profile of cultural diversity, and has taken on the challenge to do so within the out-of-home care sector, since joining the Foster Care Association of Victoria in July 2015.  She has a Bachelor of Social Science and a Graduate Diploma of Human Services-Councelling.

Previous experience includes 10 years as a counsellor in the perinatal mental health domain, and as a research assistant at La Trobe University on a longitudinal cross linguistic study.
